Review of Chopstix Cafe

I couldn’t say no to trying this place after seeing all the incredible reviews on here. I heard that nearly everything on the menu could be made GF, so I asked the hostess if it was true. She confirmed and even helped me pick out some of the most popular GF items. She said her family is from Vietnam and believe in creating pan-Asian dishes from scratch. Most dishes here are GF because most Asian cooking traditional uses rice flour. I had the orange chicken and white rice. The chicken is fried with rice flour in a separate GF fryer. It was amazing! I hadn’t had a dish like that in forever. We has had winter rolls, which are a nice chunky roll with chicken in it.

I eventually told our server about this app so she could read through some of the reviews. They don’t have a separate gluten free menu because they value the traditional Asian ways of cooking without wheat. She didn’t even know that we gluten-free eaters were raving about their place on here! Definitely will return.
