This world class French chef bought Chris' and his son is a celiac. So... Oh my God just go! I ate in total confidence (which never happens) that I'd be safe and not only that, I had the best jambalaya of my life. I'm the most sensitive celiac alive and I can't have ancient grains or oats and so I if I can eat here, anyone can. Can't wait to go back!
