Staff is very cautious about cross contamination and happy to answer questions about prep. From what I understand, the owner has a Celiac in their family so they're knowledgeable. I've eaten here so many times and never got sick. The only thing with gluten is the regular Mac and cheese shells and gluten buns, but those are made and handled in a different pot and separate part of the kitchen. They also have excellent customer service. They sell out on Thursdays usually because of Trivia night. Super stoked about Chubbs!
