Review of Chuy's

When i asked the server if they have a gluten free menu she informed me they do not. BUT the server was gluten free and eats here often! She told me everything is gluten free besides the queso and flour tortillas (obviously) and any of the dishes can have corn tortillas substituted for flour. She also said they are as careful as possible to make sure there is no cross-contamination. Love the food here and happy i can still eat basically everything.
