Review of Chuy's

No GF menu, but will work with you on options. Although the manager at this location seemed less familiar with gluten options than other Chuys I've dined at. Was not sure about sauces, and unaware that Fajita meat marinated in beer would be a problem. Food was good, and did not get sick. Roasted chicken enchiladas with tomatillos sauce.
