Review of Chuy's

I let the waitress know as soon as i got there that I needed to know their GF options, and it is their procedure to send the manager to talk to you about it. The manager specifically asked why I needed GF- when i told her I was celiac, she knew exactly what to tell me was off limits, was very knowledgeable about cross-contamination, and told me what was at risk. She baked me a separate batch of chips, and told me to order without rice bc the rice was at risk for cross-contamination. I ordered the stacked enchiladas with no rice- the corn tortillas, roasted chicken, tomatillo sauce and refried beans are all GF. It was very easy to order after speaking to the manager.
