Review of Ciao Bella

Visiting from out of state on a work trip. I was impressed with the GF options. However, they failed me when it came to dessert. I asked about the Budino and the waitress said it could be made GF. She brings it to the table, tells me it’s GF, but then tells my co-worker that they had to remake hers because the kitchen put a topping on it that wasn’t GF so she had to ask them to remake it especially since the ice cream melted. I questioned if mine was definitely GF and she reassured me yes. Within an hour the bloat started. I was up all night with an extremely hard stomach and gas pains, which was unfortunate when I needed the sleep. Anything I took didn’t help, so it has to of been a large amount of gluten. So disappointing.
