Review of Ciao Osteria

Delicious GF pizza!! Their GF dough is made with rice flour. They cook gluten-containing flour dough pizzas in the same kitchen and pizza oven, but noted they use different pizza pans and clean the area where the GF pizza is to be cooked within the pizza oven. Proceed with caution, but I am very sensitive to gross-contamination and didn’t get sick!
