SECOND UPDATE: I’ve learned they make their pizza with a celiac-safe flour that contains wheat starch. This means it’s not safe for people with wheat allergies.
UPDATE: I’ve eaten here many times before safely but last night I got wheated. I don’t know what it was. I can’t give you advice other than- we went an hour before closing and maybe they were less careful?

I’ve been eating gluten free for over 10 years and that was BY FAR the best pizza I’ve had since. The crust was clearly homemade and had substance. Not a cracker. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I ordered pasta, too. Ha. It was also delicious. The service was really good too. I’m sure I will be back many more time.
Only con: the only desert is sorbet/gelato. I wish they had a cake, but I was stuffed anyway and REALLY didn’t need it. Ha.
