The staff is very knowledgeable. They have a separate oven for celiac, and the best gluten free crust ever. Definitely the best pizza I’ve ever had - gluten free or not. The owner, David, wrote me a very sincere email back to me after I left them a comment card. They are truly wanting to make sure all of their customers have the opportunity to have a great experience and enjoy their food. Will definitely be back!
