When I called to order I was immediately put in touch with the chef. He knew exactly which items were gluten free, which could be made gluten free, and which to avoid due to risk of cross contamination from their supplier. He explained their procedures for avoiding cross contamination. Food came marked as gluten free and was delicious. Fries were fried in a dedicated gluten free fryer.
