Have “Gluten Sensitive” items on the menu, but not many. Had to get a chef to find what was safe... many items can be made Gluten free, like removing the bbq sauce from ribs, or the onion ring from a steak. Other staff was not knowledgeable.
While they do have a decent choice of GF options including GF pasta and sandwiches on GF buns, the staff is obviously not trained as when my husband ordered off the GF menu he was offered French fries as a side. We asked if they were fried in a dedicated fryer and the answer was no. I ordered the GF pasta and was offered a Cesar salad and of course it came out with croutons. I would only recommend this place if you are savvy in ordering and know all of the questions to ask.
rotissiere chicken & chicken salads are a great gf option here! ask for gf menu!
The menu says gluten friendly. The friers are shared so nothing fried is friendly. Meager offerings. I got sides. Cowboy bacon and a baked potato.
They do have a gluten free bun. They also have steak and salmon and a couple salad options.

I went to the one in Henderson. I ordered off of their “gluten-free menu.” I ordered brussels sprouts and immediately got very sick. I inquired how they were prepared and was told that they put them in a shared fryer with breaded items and other non-gluten free items. They have absolutely no regard for food allergies or people getting sick due to their ignorance! I have Celiacs and I let the waiter know ahead of time and asked all of my usual questions regarding safety precautions. I still got sick.
