We stopped in to try this place. I asked if there was a gf menu and she said it was marked on the regular menu. See the gf buns and pasta available. So I asked about a salad dressing and she said "you would know better than me about what's in the dressing." She was really rude. Then she went to the kitchen and asked 3 people if the dressing was gf. None of which could answer her. So we left. I don't recommend this place.

Lots of choices, safe fryer. Food was great. No reaction at all.

I had the BBQ chicken flatbread on a gluten-free shell, and it was delicious. I spoke with the manager and our server both reassured me that they take necessary precautions. Unfortunately, the dedicated fryer was not available today but apparently they do have one. My husband had a non-gluten-free Clubber and it was amazingly stuffed. He took half of it home to make two more sandwiches out of! Gluten-free bread for all sandwiches, and the gluten-free shell for the flatbreads. They also have gluten-free pasta.

They did have a gf dedicated fryer, but recently said they weren’t sure that was followed anymore. The gf pasta is good and never gotten sick on it. They take good precautions for the gf pizza as well. They don’t toast the gf buns, likely because the lack of gf grill space but they are good Udis buns.
