We went back twice!! Really great atmosphere. Separate prep area, separate plates, lots of choices. Tell the wait person you have celiac to get the royal treatment. :-)
Only ate breakfast here but they were extremely accommodating and celiac friendly. Food was delicious. Loved The cappuccinos
Love love love I will return And post more later
I love the paella! We're keto and they had no problem just doing it over steamed veggies instead of rice. It was soooo good. And my husband got the blackened seafood dish over veggies, also really good!
Ordered seafood skewer. It was excellent. They have a gluten-free menu. Fries are not gluten free.
Great to see a full GF menu! Food was good but a bit pricy. Went for a quick lunch. It was average- the GF menu made this 4 stars for me
Make sure they have their full menu available. We just came for lunch and were told they would have a limited menu that is not gluten free until 1:40. Unacceptable.
Decent gf menu. Food was good. Did not get sick.
gluten-free menu, waitress was very Celiac aware, food was delicious. Two Celiacs in our group, no issues afterwards
We had breakfast there. GF options marked on the menu and lunch/dinner have separate GF menus. I asked if the Bloody Mary mix was GF and was told yes. Afterward learned that the mix they use is NOT gluten free and has wheat gluten listed on the ingredient list. So here I am on vacation getting sick. The meal wasn’t worth it either. We spent $71 on breakfast! Crazy expensive and not great plus provided misinformation and got me sick. I can’t recommend this restaurant.
Staff very knowledgeable about gluten and take it seriously. Waiter said they have special area in kitchen to prepare GF meals. Food was delicious and will go again.
They were transitioning between menus so did not have designated GF menu. I could have any salad without dressing or a burger without the bun. Good food just not great GF options.
Great food and ambience. We ate dinner here twice and I have celiac and did not get sick either time. The pannacotta is amazing!
Has a gluten free menu. A few steak, chicken, and seafood options. Enjoyed the delicious baby back ribs that the meat fell off the bone. I would recommend trying the place and will probably be back here again!
Had an omelette with Hollandaise sauce with the taters. Super knowledgeable waitress who was delightful to boot. Loved my food and had no issues later.
No specialty gluten free items on the breakfast menu (like pancakes or bread) but a good selection and I didn't get sick. For a sensitive celiac- that's a win.
Great food and knowledgeable staff. Best scallops I have ever had. Lots of gf choices and made me a great mojito!
I absolutely loved this place, I had the most wonderful grouper with crab and hollandais sauce - fantastic if not celiacs but they also have a great selection of gf options too so great for all
Great GF options and get GF.
We went here for brunch and there were a lot of GF choices. The omelettes were really good and they note on your ticket if you have gluten allergy so the kitchen is extra careful.
Super friendly and knowledgeable about gluten allergies/celiac disease. The waiter took the time to tell me how they prepared the food for me separately. Would definitely recommend!
Great GF menu. Loved the chicken curry stir fry. My husband did too and he is not GF. Also love the location and the live music.
Great food and very knowledgeable on gluten free. I had the blackened mixed grill with the skewers appetizer off the gluten free menu and it was delicious! And no after effects so it was awesome to have a trusting g free place while on vacation
Pretty much everything you could possibly want is on the GF menu. It was hard to choose! The diver scallops were delish!
Was so good. So many choices, loved it. The burretta was so good & deviled eggs!
Simply Awesome Food! I cannot wait until I can come back.
great food. lots of options. separate GF menu
If you live or visit Clearwater, Fl this place is a must go to....we went there while on vacation and honestly this was our best meal the whole trip. I ordered the Gluten Free Shrimp & Grits - yum!!! I will definitely be back. Now if you aren't gluten free my family ordered their Seafood Quesadilla and the Lobster Roll. Per my family's reviews they are a must order if you can eat gluten.
Their breakfast menu has lots of gluten free and menu options for those of us who are egg free too.
We found Clear Sky because of their GF options, and the proximity to Pier 60. We ordered the Chesapeake Bay Chips (awesome) and I got the seafood salad. My salad came out with bread on it. On the same plate. I stared at it for a second because I reiterated my allergies several times, and the waitress took it away and said she'd get me a new one. Then she came back and said the kitchen was taking if off and "moving the salad around." Now, I should know better to advocate for myself and requested an entirely new salad on a new plate. Instead, I avoided the corner of the plate and still got sick. I Facebook messaged the restaurant and they were very apologetic and outlined what the proper process should've been in that situation and even offered me a gift card. We were visiting from Buffalo, NY, so I declined. They handled it very well (after the fact), which is why I'm still giving them four stars (the shrimp, scallops, and dressing on the salad were really good). They do seem to be very knowledgeable and careful, but I would just double check when you order.
Have great food and GF on the regular menu.
Knowledgeable. Dressings all made in house. Super good salad
The food was very good. The waitress was very helpful with picking out gluten free options. Great relaxing place to eat.
Don't go here if you actually want to eat or have a glass of water. I was sat and ignored. People sat after me were helped after their wait and the staff was apologetic to them but still completely ignored me. I won't be going back to try the food.
Excellent hash, omelette, and salads. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection
good Food, decent prices and gf menú. nice atmosphere
Exceptional. The hash is to die for. It was so good that we went back the next day for the shrimp and grits, which were also excellent. Did not make me sick. Best Bloody Mary of my life!!
Waitress asked if I wanted toast after asking gluten questions. Omelette and home fries we're lukewarm to cool spots. A few hours later I was very I'll.
By far this menu has the most options. Their gluten free choices are actually made to be GFree and they don't sacrifice taste to achieve that!
I travel a lot for work and am disappointed that Pinellas county is so far behind other parts of the country when it comes to gluten free options. One exception is Clear Sky Cafe which has lots of great gluten free food! I have always been happy with my food! The service has been excellent each time I go and I really enjoy the live music!! Definitely a place that is conscious of their customers needs! As a side note....the Dunedin location (Clear Sky Draught House) is NOT gluten friendly at all!! Their server told me there was nothing gluten free. I called after to ask and the hostess to confirm (just in case my server didn't really know) and she said there are no gf foods. : (. Boo!! I'm hoping management will see the need and make some changes soon!!
The breakfast menu is full of GF options first restaurant I've seen like this
