I was very nervous ordering a GF pizza where gluten is everywhere but a friend who has Celiac recommended this place. I spoke to the manager (Joe) & he was very thorough with explaining how the GF pizza is made. The dough is made off site, shipped to them frozen. It goes into a dedicated pan with dedicated utensils touching the pan. Once it is done, it immediately goes into the box...it does not go on the cutting board to be cut to avoid cross contamination. I did not get sick and it was a delicious pizza!
