I’ve never been able to try various crust options before, but their GF crust comes in Detroit style (only, I think) - very filling, no reaction.

The pizzas and calzones were delicious. Very knowledgeable about gluten free, celiac, and cross contamination. Owner has a close connection to a very sensitive celiac so understands the importance of limiting cross contamination. Makes his own GF dough in a separate mixer on the other side of the kitchen from the mixer that makes the gluten dough. We ordered a GF meathead pizza, a GF/dairy free meathead calzone, and a GF scarface pizza with dairy free Alfredo sauce. All of these were delicious. The owner Mike is SO friendly and very passionate about serving the GF community. This was not fast food pizza but the attention to detail he takes is worth the wait. We took a deck of cards and played at the table while we waited. Every family that was in there eating tonight was a family with Celiac. $3 upcharge for GF pizza which can be made into any size. $3 upcharge for dairy free cheese. These charges were totally worth the great service we got and are typical for GF food at restaurants so we expect it. We will definitely be back. Soon he will have GF cannolis and other GF food is in the works!

Owner is super nice and the food is great! Highly recommend a gluten and dairy free Sierra. They have a dairy free white sauce. They have a separate kitchen area for gluten free food prep.

Coast 2 Coast Pizza makes their dough fresh every day and recently started making their own GLUTEN FREE dough as well. The have A HUGE section of their kitchen designated gluten free including separate mixer prep table and refrigerator for the gluten free ingredients. After trying both doughs I realized it was difficult to tell them apart and both were delicious. They can essentially make the entire menu Gluten Free and recently began making GF calzones deep fried in yes it’s own designated fryer. One of the largest Gluten-free menus I have ever seen and delicious at that.

This place is fantastic! We told the owner we have Celiacs and he was so excited to share with us all the future GF ideas. We will always support businesses who have an excitement over wanting to provide all diets with something good.

The owner was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about making the best GF pizza available. Makes all dough from scratch. My son who has Celiac thought it was delicious. Plus their calzones were also fantastic!

First of all, there is nothing more personal than an owner talking to you directly when you have any concern. Mike was amazing and helped me understand their process for ensuring anyone with Celiac disease is safe and the pizza is safe!

This restaurant is amazing, and they are literally the ONLY place that I consider to be AMAZING Gluten Free pizza!

You will not regret eating here as a person with Celiac and feeling safe. Order and keep ordering.
