The pizzas and calzones were delicious. Very knowledgeable about gluten free, celiac, and cross contamination. Owner has a close connection to a very sensitive celiac so understands the importance of limiting cross contamination. Makes his own GF dough in a separate mixer on the other side of the kitchen from the mixer that makes the gluten dough. We ordered a GF meathead pizza, a GF/dairy free meathead calzone, and a GF scarface pizza with dairy free Alfredo sauce. All of these were delicious. The owner Mike is SO friendly and very passionate about serving the GF community. This was not fast food pizza but the attention to detail he takes is worth the wait. We took a deck of cards and played at the table while we waited. Every family that was in there eating tonight was a family with Celiac. $3 upcharge for GF pizza which can be made into any size. $3 upcharge for dairy free cheese. These charges were totally worth the great service we got and are typical for GF food at restaurants so we expect it. We will definitely be back. Soon he will have GF cannolis and other GF food is in the works!
