This restaurant is located in the Timber Cove Resort where we stayed three days. The chef, the general manager and all the front of the house staff were extremely well informed about celiac disease and controlling cross contamination in the kitchen. Great communicators and highly professional.

We ate at the Coast Kitchen at the Timber Cove Resort. We explained no gluten, no dairy and no latex. They verified everything with the chef and we had the freshest halibut ever with potatoes and pea pods. They were very helpful, everything was delicious and we did not get sick, and we’re super sensitive. Highly recommend!
