They say their menu is “gluten sensitive”, not gluten-free. There are some items that can be ordered safely, but servers have varying levels of knowledge of what that means.
The manager said his celiac son has eaten the fries without incident, but then he said they fry everything in a common fryer. I feel for the kid.
They at least switched the order without complaint once we inquired more deeply. I would suggest ordering cautiously. The deviled eggs are amazing and I’ve never reacted despite a SERIOUSLY low tolerance for cross contamination.

Very lovely place in Tysons Corner Mall. Great gluten free menu and the staff took the GF orders very seriously and the manager came out after we ordered to double check orders and say how they would be prepared without gluten. Loved it!

They have a separate GF menu and staff is knowledgeable. Hostess I talked to has celiac and was able to recommend several of her favorites. Good options.

The server was very knowledgeable! There was already a gluten free menu at our table before I even asked for one. The shrimp penne pasta was really good. The manager even came by our table to talk with me and make sure I liked it. It’s a very classy place!
Great GF menu. Staff very attentive and the chicken penne was excellent.
It may be better now, but I ordered off the gluten-free menu and got so sick after the first few bites - when I asked to see the ingredient list of the dish I had been eating, the dish contained commercial ketchup (not GF like Heinz) and Tabasco - if you are really sensitive, ask VERY carefully when eating at Coastal Flats!!!
