I called 24 hours ahead of time to confirm what food was safe for celiacs and what menu items to avoid, and no call back. We showed up to order at the kiosk in their lobby (due to covid) and asked the guy at the counter questions. He looked like he had NO CLUE was gluten allergies and Celiac even was and his response was "I think all the sauces are safe." We asked him to double check and ask someone else that he worked with and he came back with "all the sauces should be safe but can't guarantee due to cross contamination made in same kitchen. I asked if they changed gloves or how they handled celiac and he was like "yeah". So we had no other options and just placed our order. They said fries were in a separate fryer but when our order came, placed them in the bag with gluten buns (for my daughter) and not in the GF bag for my husband. He didn't have any reaction though, everything was fine. He got The Rojo burger on GF bun, honey mustard and coastline secret sauce plus the fries, he even tried the strawberry milkshake (which was the best shake I have ever had). No reactions, he felt fine and made out well.
