Stop what you're doing and go get a meal at Coba right now! This Vietnamese restaurant is an absolute gem. Everything on the menu is gluten free except for the wontons and the Chinese donut. They use gluten free soy sauce by default, so even things like the hoisin sauce on the table is gluten free. I had the most amazing meal there, filled with the type of dishes I thought I'd never be able to eat again, and had no reaction. Their menu is huge and everything is delicious. They have pho, rice bowls, and EVEN A GLUTEN FREE BAHN MI! Definitely my new regular spot.
