Great experience. Greeter asked about food intolerances and the waiter was very knowledgeable. They could adapt most items and assured me that my meal would be made in a separate pan if necessary. Great warm GF bread. I ended up having a steak which was delicious. Awesome view.

First the setting is picturesque.
Now onto the food.
Everything was tested with a Nima.
1. Bread - cross contaminated, after testing the second batch management confirmed that the kitchen had breached protocols baking the bread for the day contaminating the entire days worth, tomorrows should be better.
2. Dinner - grilled fished, grilled vegetables and smashed potatoes. Cross contamination again. Bad protocols. The head chef for the resort cleaned part of the kitchen, opened new spices, cleaned a fresh fish, and fresh vegetables. Food tested gluten free finally.
3. Desert - Coconut sorbet - tested with cross contamination again.
At this point after being there for 3.5 hours we had to escape.
If you just intolerant you should be good but Celiac, if you have no way to test the good luck.
Was here pre pandemic and everything tested gluten free first time and was one of the best meals/experiences in Los Cabos.

The menu indicates items that contain gluten (instead of items that are GF) and very few items contain gluten. The service was excellent, very knowledgeable and careful! They served the best, warm GF bread with a pineapple butter that was amazing. Salad and entrees were fantastic. But the banana soufflé for dessert was the highlight. Beautiful outdoor seating overlooking the sea of Cortez.
