Staff were somewhat knowledgeable about wheat in their food. They did read labels but were not educated about some of the other sources of gluten (malt, for example). They indicated that rice crispie treats were GF, and when I complimented them on finding a GF brand of rice crispies, they were confused. However, they were very gracious when we discussed barley and malt and gluten.
They took extra precautions for making my grits bowl. It was tasty and I didn’t get sick.

Ate breakfast here two mornings while I was at Lake Junaluska and it was great! Had a grit bowl and they grilled me gf toast separately to avoid cross contamination.

This place was great! We are a family of 4 and we all ordered different gluten free sandwiches and we all really like dour food. The chicken salad sandwich is so good! They grilled it in foil. They also can accommodate dairy free and their gluten free bread is dairy free.

They have gluten free wraps and bread. Very tasty!!!
Terrific gluten free bread. Nice kind caring staff. Wonderful local establishment
I’ve eaten there for breakfast and lunch. If you order a toasted GF sandwich or wrap, make sure to ask to have it wrapped in aluminum foil. Delicious food and no reactions!!
Yes
Great menu with gluten free bread options. Always enjoy!
Food is yummy but not Celiac safe. I ate a gluten free breakfast wrap and started having a reaction within 20 minutes with severe stomach bloat and abdominal pain. Definitely cross-contamination at the very least.
No
Yummy place with GF salads and some soups.
