I swung by out of curiosity, I really wanted ice cream. The staff was wonderful and brought out a book that they keep in the back with all the different allergen information. They let me look through at what did and did not contain gluten. Almost all of their ice creams are safe except for the ones that obviously have gluten, like brownie or cake batter.

Staff wasn't knowledgeable. I had to look online . I was told that all they offered were gf but online menu said differently.

The owner does not believe in gluten allergy. The staff did not take proper precautions. I became ill. I knew better but thought it wouldn't hurt one time.... boy was I wrong! I won't visit this location again!

Not only did the guy working there know exactly what celiac was, he also knew exactly what to do. He checked in the back to see if there was an unopened container of ice cream first, but when there wasn't, he asked if I was OK with what was already out, which was almost full. He used a clean scoop and skimmed off a large layer before scooping and put my ice cream directly into a cup instead of onto the slab. It was really good ice cream, too!

They got out a fresh scooper and got mine from the back to avoid CC! I didn’t get any mix ins but had no issues! Just a little pricey!

They were wonderful. The server was knowledgeable and went way out of her way to avoid cross contamination. They had a separate prep area, changed gloves without being asked, and were willing to check ingredients. Dairy free ice cream was available in one flavor

They were very knowledgeable about which ice creams were gluten-free. Once I selected one, they went in the back and got me a fresh scoop from an unopened container to avoid cross contamination.

Staff didn't know what flavors contain gluten, and didn't even seem to know the word gluten. There was no indication on the menu or other written information available. One of the servers called the manager to ask and were told that the only GF options were sorbet and almond milk ice cream. We're pretty sure they were confusing dairy-free and GF, but we didn't want dairy free ice cream and didn't feel comfortable ordering anything else.

Fantastic!! The attendant was very knowledgeable and steered us through the process. Mixed our ice creams in a special cold container. It was a very positive experience.
