Server misrepresented the bread as gluten free - when questioned, she assured it was gluten free when questioned multiple times.. Turns out she was misinformed - i trusted and ended up poisoned. The manager was apologetic. Strongly recommend against this restaurant - hard to trust the food will be what is promised.

They do not have a GF menu but the server and chef were very accommodating. Have have additional food allergies and they were great. Food was delicious and service was good. Nice view of the water.

I always enjoy the 1905 salad as my entree! Excellent service and a beautiful water view.
I ordered mahi mahi, but I couldn't have gotten their famous salad. Service was excellent. Their food sensitivity menu is broken down very nicely, including gluten free, tree/nut allergies, dairy free, etc.

huge selection of allergy friendly and gluten free meals! Our server Yade was extremely accommodating for my gluten free requirements and they made a safe meal for me! We came for my mother in laws birthday and they made it such a pleasant and wonderful experience. Would highly recommend to all!

I got quite sick after eating their Picadillo “Criollo” which was marked gluten free and served on the blue plate that should signal allergy and I made sure my server knew. It tasted fabulous if that counts!

Some of the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. Had the filet mignon and 1905 salad and got glutened. Both items were on the gluten free list and made sure to tell them I had Celiac. It even came out on a special plate. Still got cross contaminated somehow. I would avoid if Celiac.

AMAZING experience. There is an entire allergen menu that is huge and lists many allergens (lactose, peanuts, gluten, shellfish) as well as gluten free cocktail menu. My entree even came on a designated allergy blue plate so I knew it was prepared separately. Wish I could have gone there every night!

Good food, staff knowledgeable about gluten. I asked if they could add scallops (cost extra) to my shrimp and yellow rice and the chef was nice enough to accommodate. Loved the simple chopped tomato salad but would've been much better if they chopped the tomatoes into smaller pieces. Didn't get sick.

The worst service. Even though I had a gluten-free menu I had to keep reminding her she gave me gluten free bread. Waitress on friendly never even told us her name and you always had to look for her if you wanted something.
Great gf menu! I have chicken and potatoes, and a wonderful gf dessert!
The food was excellent and no reaction. The one less star is due to the gluten free menu being really hard to navigate and understand.
Knowledgeable staff and one of the best ribeye steaks and yellow rice meals I’ve ever had. Great atmosphere and location on the water; definitely a classy upscale place to visit
Yes
Some of the best food I’ve had. Take allergies very seriously. Had the black beans 1905 and the ribeye. Not to mentions some killer mojito's. Definitely will return.

We enjoyed this place so much we went twice during the week. My teens loved the Spanish yellow rice with their fish dishes and hubby loved the grouper with two different preparations.

Separate gf menu. Lots of options. Great food

This place was amazing!!! I love the whole atmosphere, the view, our waiter was probably the best waiter I've ever had and the food was incredible!! Highly recommend and very safe.

Great restaurant, great ambiance, gf menu and friendly staff about all of the options. Delicious Spanish Cuban food!!!
Fantastic gluten free options. The 1905 salad is prepared table side and a real treat.
So delicious! Many great options you can't find at other restaurants.

Good food. Separate GF menu that was horribly written. It was in no particular order. Appetizers mixed in with deserts and entrees. I had never had Spanish food before and had no idea what I could safely order until Fred our waiter came over and saw my frustration and sat down and pointed out everything on the regular menu that was safe. Delicious food but they need to update their menu.
Oh my goodness! What an amazing experience from walking into the restaurant, service, food, and ambience. We sat out side and it was so pretty. We had the chorizo stuffed mushrooms, 1905 salad, and mahi mahi varadero. Edgar was our server and was very knowledgeable.
This is a MUST for me every year on vacation. :) Vegetarian Paella...yum. I ate my leftovers for dinner later that day and they were still yummy!

Shrimp Criollo, Sangria, and flan were all great

Not only were they accommodating, but it was the most delicious meal out I've had in a year. When everyone received bread as a starter, the waitress brought out plantain chips. The Mahi Mahi was awesome and so was the view. My only wish is that if it wasn't so loud. Portions are huge and I only ate half, which made for a great lunch the next day.
Excellent food. Pricey.
We visit the Columbia restaurant in Ybor City on a regular basis and always have a fantastic experience. There are a variety of gluten free options and they are served on a special blue plate. They change gloves and ensure the food is safe. They have bags of plantain chips available (in lieu of Cuban bread) as a starter. John, the amazing manager, always recognizes our family and ensures everything goes well with our meal and checks on us quite a few times during our visit. I am so thankful to have a delicious place to eat where we feel safe. The restaurant has been there since 1905 and is a staple in Tampa and also has other locations.

We did call ahead for their GF menu. They have allergy icons on a separate menu for your convenience & Kate emailed the entire selection!
I am also allergic to preservatives so the chef was very accommodating.
The restaurant itself is beautiful and it’s always a pleasure to stroll through Celebration. Having a nice meal is a bonus when you’re challenged!
