Review of Commissary

Went here for both dinner and breakfast and both times were great experiences. I have celiac and I'm super sensitive and I was fine both times. There isn't a gluten free menu, but the chefs were knowledgeable and the server made sure to communicate with them. The first night I ordered the salmon and the chef informed me that he would cook it in a separate pan as they use the grill for foods that contain gluten. Aside from working hard to accommodate me, it was some of the best salmon I've ever had. Same experience for breakfast a few days later, bacon and eggs cooked separately. As long as you communicate with the kitchen, which you should do anyway, they'll work to accommodate you. I felt safe eating here and I would return again.
