Review of Company Cafe

I live out in the suburbs, but my stylist is near here, so when I get my hair done, I head here for lunch. The GF Chicken Fried Steak is great. I almost always get the Johnny Rooster: Olive oil-fried chicken with gluten-free pancakes stuffed with bacon and roasted jalapeño with maple syrup. I have lived in Texas all of my life. Why is it only now, at 35, that I discover putting jalapenos in pancakes? Two pieces of chicken and 2 big pancakes. I always ask to have half boxed up to take with me so I can have it for dinner or breakfast the next day. I've sent several people their way, but I'm not sharing my leftovers with anyone.
