Review of Company Cafe

I felt safe here as soon as I talked to the server!! All of their items were gluten free and most were nut safe except for some of the items that were in the dessert counter which were all individually packaged!! I asked them why they weren't dedicated gluten free eon here and they let me know they have a griddle that they will toast normal bread on upon request but they are always very cautious of CC and I informed my waiter that I had an allergy and didn't have any issues. I got the biscuits with the jalapeno honey gravy and it was so good. The biscuits were soft and the gravy was delicious surprisingly light for gravy and the perfect amount of spice with a little sweet!! My husband got their waffle which was okay not my favorite waffle ever but pretty good. I got the bumblebee chicken scratch Benedict and oh my goodness it was so good. The chicken was crispy and the eggs had a runny yolk! Did I mention the egg yolk was very yellow and so creamy!! It had really interesting combination of sweet and savory. Would 100% go again their frier is dedicated gluten free and I can't wait to go back to get some fresh chips and salsa 🥹
