12 years ago I was traveling for a job in this area for 9 weeks. I ate at Connor's a lot. Recently while passing through, I spent the night in this area and it hasn't changed a bit. Steaks are great, sea bass is amazing, and they have a GF menu and know what they are doing.

Has a separate GF menu; I’d like to try bringing my own steak seasoning with me next time and see if they’ll use it—their steak seasoning is not safe and they didn’t seem to put anything on my steak. When my salad was delivered it had croutons, and we had to grab a server to correct the issue. But everyone was super friendly and nice about it.

Full gluten free menu to choose from! Have been using the gf menu few months and have been pleased.
If you’re concerned with cross contamination, this place is VERY LIMITED in their selection for a safe meal. The GF menu consisted of items like “shrimp & grits - no grits” and “all steaks - no seasoning”. I am personally not a fan of paying $34 for a steak with not even a stitch of salt on it. But even if you were ok with no seasoning, the grill is cross contaminated because of the gluten containing seasoning they put on all of their grilled items. When you eliminate grilled items off a GF menu, there isn’t much left. The “guidance” I received was disappointing to say the least. I don’t ever expect a server to know all ins and outs of a kitchen, but I do expect them to attempt to find out answers they don’t know so I could do more than eat an ice cube for dinner - even more so at a restaurant like this. I did end up with one of the *only two steamed options* the menu, lobster. It was over cooked but was gluten free so I couldn’t complain. Please also note, the manager is overseeing everything coming out of the kitchen and adjusts items on the plates for presentation without changing gloves, obviously, so this poses yet another risk of cross contamination. We won’t go into detail about the snapback I received when another server put my plate on the table and I, per my usual, verified that is was GF. It was a pretty rude and condescending response from her. Again, not really the service for which I’m paying. Overall, I would highly recommend somewhere else. There are many other places in Huntsville that are happy to accommodate. This was $200 I can’t get back for a terrible experience.

Great salads. The salmon salad is great had it a couple times
Server didnt know if they had a gf menu when we asked: a little alarming. Second major was that he brought my daughter her cesar salad with croutons. Had to go back to get her correct one. I ordered a cilantro lime shrimp. Could not taste cilantro or lime. My celiac comfort level is very low and food was just ok = not worth the risk.

There really isn’t much available for GF- for someone who had Celiac’s. We had always heard a higher end steak place could accommodate, but that’s not true here. Disappointing. Food though looked and was good for anyone who can eat gluten.
