Excellent GF choices, most things on the breakfast and lunch menus can be made GF. They have GF bread that’s made there, GF tortilla and GF plain bagels. I ate here twice on my recent trip and feel very confident that they take care to not cross contaminate. There is no fryer. I had a pork sandwich which was good. The bread was excellent but did fall apart entirely so I had to eat my sandwich with a fork. The next morning we went and I had the cool river burrito with bacon. Tater tots are GF. No reactions. This is a counter order place. Lots of pastries that all looked delicious but not GF. My husband loved his gluten burritos.
