We have always had great experiences. They totally understand Celiac Disease. I wish they had more options for me. But the fact that they serve you a good gfree bread for starters is awesome.
The server started me with a yummy hot gf roll. I ordered chicken piccata. It was delicious and they are very careful here.
Coopers hawk was such a great experience! I had a gluten free bun with butter and it was out of this world! The softest, freshest gluten free bun I’ve ever had, that was a real treat! I had the gluten free pasta which was barilla. But nonetheless they had a superb selection of GF items, I was overwhelmed which was a great thing! And their GF dessert was amazing, I had the S’mores budino!Food and service was a 10! The waitress was attentive and understanding of my accommodations and I enjoyed my dinner worry free!

Cooper’s Hawk does not disappoint for safe Celiac eating! Both of our kids have Celiac and our daughter is extremely sensitive to any cross-contamination. The gluten-free menu here has a wide variety of meals and we even had gluten-free salted caramel crème brûlée for dessert. My son had chicken carbonara and my daughter had a cheeseburger. A reliable place with a great variety of yummy choices
Oh my gosh. Delicious food offered from a gluten free menu. Many options and delicious. Also served a gf bread when my husband ate his delicious pretzel bread ( which if you are not gf; it’s to “die for”). Good service and yummy wines paired with food.
I didn’t have a good experience here. I wanted over an hour for my food and was then told that they accidentally made it with gluten so I had to wait more. When I got my food it was a soupy mess. I appreciate that they caught their mistake so I didn’t get sick but the food that I got wasn’t good either.
The best gluten free bread! The waitress was so attentive and wonderful with gluten free. Their menu is clearly marked and their food was absolutely delicious. We got their shrimp appetizer and it was one of the best appetizers I’ve had. I wish I had a location close to me at home. I will be stopping at one every time I find one near me lol.
We’re in from out of town for a concert and happened to find this restaurant in the app. Service and food was phenomenal. This place is very popular and busy, make a reservation if possible. Most restaurants have good for GF food, this was just great food!
I’ve eaten here a million times, and it’s SO good. Probably my favorite place in Tampa!The staff is so knowledgeable and they even have GF bread that comes out with the regular bread at the beginning! Highly recommend

They had a Gluten Free menu. Make a reservation it's very busy. Thez got us in same day. The hostess even came by to see if we enjoyed our meal.
The staff was fantastic.
The kids Mac n cheese was the best any of us have had. Kids meals even clearly marked.

They have a separate gluten free menu with multiple options. They also bring out Gluten free bread. Service was very good and atmosphere very nice as well.
They have a dedicated gluten free menu which had a ton of options. Plus they give free gluten free bread which was very good! The servers were very knowledgeable and the food was delicious. Totally recommend.
I would drive hours and hours to eat here again - it’s THAT good!!!! The S’mores dessert was amazing. I’ve never had broccolini cooked that well or mashed potatoes that were as creamy as theirs.

One of my favorite spots for GF food in Tampa! They have a huge gluten free menu so lots of options. They give you GF bread before your meal comes out with is always so exciting to get to eat bread with everyone else! I have gotten risotto last few times I went and all were delicious.

This restaurant has a huge selection of GF and they are very aware of gf. Serve delicious gf bread as well. Everything I ordered was amazing.

There is a separate GF menu which is quite large. Staff is very knowledge and takes all allergies, not just Celiac, seriously (separate prep area). Food was beyond delicious! Definitely recommend stopping by!
I have gone here six times as a celiac, I love it because for business travel I need to make sure I’m safe. The staff is wonderful and knows what to ask and say. The food is also delicious.
Second time eating here. They have a separate GF menu and almost everything can be made GF. The GF bread and the barramundi was great and I felt fine after eating my meal.
First time eating here. I spoke to my server about my gluten allergy and she assured me that my food would be cooked properly. I ordered the chicken risotto from the gluten free menu and it was delicious. They also have gluten free bread. I’ll definitely be back.
There was an extensive gluten free menu to choose from! As both a pescatarian and newly GF, I was excited to see the menu options as large as most restaurants entire menus! The food was delicious, and we had great service. The server made a point of saying “the gf grouper” as my plate was being set down. I’m confident there wasn’t any cross contamination. I had the grouper, asparagus and Mary’s potatoes with a mustard sauce complimented with a glass of their Pinot Grigio. Everyone’s food was enjoyed and plates were practically licked clean. We’ll definitely be back!
I’m very allergic to gluten and dairy and I’ve never had an issue here. Sad that the gf bread has dairy but still so many options on the menu. Pasta, salmon and potatoes, Napa salad and the lettuce wraps have never gotten me sick here.
Great service send were knowledgeable about being gluten free. They have a dedicated menu for gluten free and even brought out some gluten free bread as an appetizer that was yummy.

The gluten free menu is double sided with a lot of delicious sounding options. When they brought out regular bread before the meal, they brought me a loaf of hot gluten free bread that was airy and slightly sweet 🤤 I'm in heaven. I ordered the braised short rib risotto paired with California red wine. My husband does not have to eat gluten free and enjoyed his meal too (but his shrimp and scallops risotto was also gluten free). For dessert we shared the s'more budino and salted caramel creme brûlée. The bread and desserts were our favorite parts of the meal even though the risottos were great too! Our server, Tony, was great, helpful, and low pressure. Atmosphere is wonderful - upscale but not stuffy (no dress code) with warm lighting and the option of outdoor seating. We made a reservation several nights out since the night we called, they were completely booked. No doubt I will want to come every time I'm in the area!
One of the best GF experiences I have had. Amazing food, very knowledgable, and I felt very confident that they knew how to handle gluten free food from contamination.
Gluten free bread was wonderful all the wines are also gluten-free and many options on the main menu that are gluten-free. The food was excellent one of the best gluten-free entrées that we have had in a long time also many dessert options as well which was a plus.

Oh my goodness, if you have Celiac and find yourself in Tampa, come here. The gluten free menu is pretty big and lots of variety. Not only was my food safe and tasty, I got a small round loaf of bread. I felt so special.

This was our first time here and we already love this place! We were pleased to find that they had a dedicated GF menu and they even had burgers on it with the bun! Our server Joanna attentive, knowledgeable and addressed every concern. We also joined the wine club so we will definitely be back! 5 stars!!!!

After reading other reviews and looking at the menu I decided to give this place a try while on vacation. Hands down best meal I have ever had in a restaurant since being diagnosed. The GF bun they serve as bread before your meal is so good. I was lucky to get one to take with me. 😁 I had chicken madeira with mashed potatoes and asparagus and it was AMAZING. I wish we had one of these restaurants back home because I would be eating there at least once a week that’s how good it was.

The staff was wonderful. Given gluten free menu immediately when notified. Entree was good and definitely gluten free. I wanted dessert but decided to take home a creme brûlée. Within minutes of eating I got very ill.
My girlfriend and I both have Celiac disease. She has eaten here on multiple occasions and has never had a problem. I ate here tonight and the food was amazing. We made a reservation and let the kitchen know before we arrived that allergy prep was necessary and everyone knew when we sat down that this was the situation. They have a gluten free menu. I am impressed with their execution. For me this place knows how to address Celiac preparation. You should try it for yourself. I fully recommend the Mexican Drunken Shrimp.
We have eaten at Cooper's Hawk quite a few times with three strictly gluten-free people. I love this restaurant and the food, but it's not totally safe. Once our party was served regular bread despite gf menus (which we sent back), once my dad was served a regular meal. That was OK because he's gf to support the rest of us. On this last visit they gave me regular pasta, despite requesting gf menus and detailing very carefully to the waiter who was gf and who wasn't at our table. I was tired and didn't question my meal when it arrived. The manager did come to tell me what happened, and apologized and comped my meal, but I ended up sick on my vacation. So, by all means eat here, but be very cautious and double-check what is delivered to the table.
Four stars ONLY because I think they glutened me with blue cheese stuffed olives in my martini. This place is amazing and claims to have separate prep areas so rating it celiac friendly based on 1) knowledge of servers 2) separate GF menu and 3) reported separate prep space.

Love the gluten free bread option. So few restaurants have a gf bread so usually I watch and drool. Not at CH!! Their gf chicken piccata is my go to. Even the lunch portion is enough for two meals.
They have some items that are naturally gluten free. They will also swap out for gluten free buns on their sandwiches
They just redid the gluten free menu. THEY HAVE A NEW DEDICATED GLUTEN FREE FRYER NOW!!!!
Had a great Gluten Free meal. So many great options. I had to ask the server twice if he was sure it was gluten free. I felt very safe with cross contamination. I will definitely be back.
