Second time in two weeks they have served me non gluten free from gluten free menu.
We are regulars at town and country so know what gf looks like and have questioned it!
Awful! Don’t risk it!

Had a wonderful experience! The gluten free menu listed many items and the food was absolutely delicious! Waitress was knowledgeable and very careful. Lots of gf dessert options - the creme brulee was unbelievable.

Server was very knowledgeable and assured me they mark the ticket GLUTEN ALLERGY so the kitchen is fully aware. I definitely feel comfortable here!

Waitress did not seem knowledgeable about gluten free, so made extra effort to make sure that she was aware that I was ordering from the GF menu. Ordered a wedge salad and a burger. Salad was great, burger was average, and the GF bun was HORRIBLE. It was hard and very dry. This is unacceptable for a $19 burger. A few minutes after leaving, I could tell that something I had eaten was contaminated. I felt pretty bad for about 24 hours.

MASSIVE gluten free menu and knowledgeable staff! They even offered gluten free bread during the bread service and brought it out separate— it seems small but I always loved getting bread at restaurants pre-celiac so it was really special for me to be included again. Everything tasted delicious, a little on the pricier side but perfect for a special occasion or night out!

I have loved Cooper’s Hawk for a while and especially learning how to eat GF. They have a GF menu, the manager brought out my food and said that there are eyes on GF or allergen items from the beginning to end. The GF pretzel bread was so good I almost cried (mostly because I hadn’t had a great piece of bread since I went GF). Luckily my favorite shrimp app and the Parmesan crusted chicken dish I love can both be prepared GF. Definitely love this place!

My order was marked GF to the chef, and I was given a 2-page GF menu to order from. Server was happy to answer any of my questions, and she went back to the kitchen and manager to help with any questions she couldn’t answer. The manager (also GF) even came out to talk with me about which wines are safe for me (all are GF except the few that are aged in barrels due to the coating on the barrels). And when my husband’s dessert came out and I asked if it was safe for me, the server said she didn’t realize I would be eating it and brought out a new one on the house so I could enjoy it as well. Definitely felt safe and heard through the entire experience.

This is the best dining experience i've had since i've been gluten free. The server was extremely knowledgeable, explained how their manager has to sign off on all foods being gluten free before coming to the table, there's a separate cooking area and an extensive gf menu. They also brought me out my own fresh gluten free bun. Best meal i've had. I got the seared ahi tuna. Did not get sick and i have severe celiac's disease!

Love Cooper's Hawk! They have an extensive gluten-free menu with several choices in each category, including dessert. So many delicious options ! My favorite is the Dana's Chicken.
They do have gluten-free pasta. I always ask to be sure about separate water and have never gotten sick from it.
They will make gluten-free bread fresh in a separate oven to start the meal. If you order a burger, it's the same bread/roll/bun so it's a little big and awkward for a burger.
The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I make sure to note on my reservation that I have Celiac and need a gluten-free menu. Then I tell the server and they run through protocols. It's always been a good experience.

This was a wonderful experience. They have it all, a great menu, knowledgeable staff, cross contact procedures and wonderful tasting "safe" food. No symptoms after eating here.

The chain generally does a great job with its gluten free items. This is the 3rd location I have eaten at and feel quite safe. Enjoyed a nice dinner with family.

I’ve never had any issues at Cooper’s hawk in the many years I’ve been going. I went to this location for the first time and there must have been cross contamination. I’m highly sensitive with celiac. I will never risk eating at this location again.
