Review of Cooper's Hawk

Great gf menu. But I was contaminated because they put a gf roll on a wooden board that the other bread goes on. I called the manager the next day and He made sure that wouldn't happen again. But I get the impression they really go to great lengths here. I did get reaction but wouldn't anticipate it again.
