Review of Copper Blue

There is not a designated gluten free menu, however the waiters are all very knowledgeable. One of them has Celiac disease herself and is comfortable eating from their kitchen. The manager spoke to me in detail over the phone before our visit letting me know the options, and she stopped by our table as well. They are able to tweak almost any menu item to be GF. Their sauces and salad dressings are all made in house. All salad dressings are gluten free. When the food runner brought my plate she didn't just say "Santa Fe chicken" She said "Gluten free Santa Fe chicken" which confirms for me that the dish was labeled gluten free in the kitchen so the proper precautions were taken. We are definitely going back... the food was delicious and everyone was friendly. It was one of the first times I have been to a restaurant where I didn't feel like my questions were an annoyance.
