Review of Copper Blue

I’ve eaten here several times and had great experiences. Yesterday, Margo, one of the co-owners, came out to speak with me directly. She double checked a recipe to make sure there was no gluten or dairy in the glaze. They make almost everything in house, from the salad dressing to the main course sauce. I had the Santa Fe Chicken and it was excellent.
