Review of Copper Blue

Amazing food! We called ahead and were informed one of the waitresses has celiac, and they were knowledgeable on what I could eat. Once we were seated, our waitress got the owner/manager, and she went through everything on the menu. We ordered an appetizer(spicy shrimp with slaw) and I got the salmon entree. Both were amazing, and we can't wait to go back!
