Review of Copper Blue

Warning! This restaurant is NOT safe for celiacs! We visited today after reading the reviews on this site. We immediately wondered why there was no mention anywhere on the menu of GF items. Asked the waitress and she did say they have GF buns, and will try not to cross contaminate, however within an hour or two of a steak, mashed potatoes, and grilled vegetables, I was having a significant reaction to gluten exposure. There is ZERO chance of us ever eating here again and if you are celiac, you’d be taking a great risk by eating here.
