Really good food, server's changed gloves and were very cautious about any contamination. I believe the wraps and possibly 2 other things had gluten. It seems most of their options are gluten free :)

Not a great experience here -- I didn't get sick but only because I requested clean salad from the kitchen. This used to be an easy place to do gf, but they have since added flour tortillas and Naan (neither gf) to their salad line. My waiter picked up a flour tortilla, put it in a bowl, and then reached into the lettuce bin without changing his gloves. He didn't seem to understand cross contamination and got a little irritated with me when I asked for salad from the kitchen. Not going here again.

All the food is celiac friendly but the buttered bread. I have eaten there 3-4 times and have not had any celiac issues. And the food is awesome!

Ordered online takeout. spicy-chicken-ancient-grains. Very good! Just the perfect amount of SPICE! No reaction to this celiac. I’ll be back every visit to SYRACUSE!

Ate here with 3 celiacs in the group. Good food, good atmosphere, good service. The green and grain bowls were voted more flavorful then the broth bowls by our group.

The menu board says that everything on the menu is gf (except optional bread offered and kept at the register away from the rest of the food) however, Some of the broths are made with soy sauce and I haven't asked specifically if it's gf tamari soy sauce. You may want to inquire. I usually get the southwest bowl with wild rice and lime/cilantro dressing. Yum!! I I love this place. Always feel good after eating here. I'm so excited that one will be opening closer to me in New Hartford this month!

Definitely love eating here. Every menu item is gluten free except for the piece of bread that is optional at the end of line. What is disappointing is that paper menu still lists some items as containing gluten and online allergen list has the bread and sunflower seeds (no longer served) as containing gluten, menu boards state that everything is gf. I contacted them about contradicting info and they said they would work on fixing...

Have eaten here many times and have never gotten sick. (I am very sensitive) Staff is knowledgeable and they always make sure to change their gloves. The person who changes their gloves moves down the line with you and no one else touches your meal, ensuring you won't get cross contaminated. Love it here!

Delicious and healthy, like a subway except its for salads, soups, and bowls. All ingredients are fresh and most are gluten free. Most staff is very knowledgable. Many options!

Supposedly everything is gf besides the Mac and cheese - they use gf soy sauce on the rice noodles

I had read a review for a different location that said all ingredients were gluten free except the tortillas, and as soon as I asked the employee serving me to clarify what I’d read, they confirmed that it was the case. I wish they’d advertise as such more clearly on their website, but I was happy with the confidence and knowledge of the employee who served me. The tortillas were wrapped in plastic and kept separate from all of the other ingredients. I did not get glutened, I would come back again and feel safe eating here!

Felt very safe here. I told them I have celiac and everyone on the assembly line immediately washed their hands and changed gloves. Also, they keep the bread and tortillas (the only gluten) separate from the rest of their food!

A good place for fast casual gluten free and healthy food. Every topping is gluten free (including the tortilla strips) and the only thing that isn't is the wraps and naan bread. They change gloves when being told it's an allergy. A great variety of menu items and the food I got was delicious!
