The employees were very helpful in explaining their gluten-free options. The only items containing gluten are those made with a flour tortilla, and all tacos are gluten-free if ordered on corn. The chef even came out to confirm that the fried chicken was made with a gluten-free flour blend. Best of all- everything was phenomenal! Can’t wait to come back
