One of the workers was new and didn't understand what celiac was so the manager politely reminded her that it was a GF allergy and to wash hands/re glove before making my meal. The manager even grabbed a different bag of cheese to make my enchiladas. Over all I had a great experience and felt safe eating here.

They are incredibly knowledgable about changing gloves, placing food on foil to cook and no cross contamination. My 9 daughter has celiac and had a great meal.

Notes

From their allergen list: We have worked diligently to remove wheat gluten from all our sauces, dressings, and proteins. Natural glutens remain only in our flour and wheat tortillas and in two desserts--tres leches and key lime pie. This means that we offer "oceans of gluten-free options" in our menu. All of these items are gluten-free: all enchiladas, all tacos, all salads (without the flour or wheat tortilla), all nachos, and our chicken tortilla so up...which uses corn strips.

One of the best GF places we have been. GF ingredients, their cross contamination knowledge was top notch. Changed gloves, put foil down on the grill, didn't use spatula that had already been used, and knowledge of ingredients. We might have to come back all 3 days we are visiting here.

I had a yummy mango chicken salad. The server knew what was gluten & what wasn't. He was going to start my husband's lunch at the same time but when he found out he didn't need gluten free, he finished mine first so there would be no cross contamination. Also had a yummy flan for dessert!

Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Changed gloves and washed their hands without being told. They also let us “tweak” the side of chips to have melted cheese instead of having to order a huge order of nachos for a child.
