From their allergen list: We have worked diligently to remove wheat gluten from all our sauces, dressings, and proteins. Natural glutens remain only in our flour and wheat tortillas and in two desserts--tres leches and key lime pie. This means that we offer "oceans of gluten-free options" in our menu. All of these items are gluten-free: all enchiladas, all tacos, all salads (without the flour or wheat tortilla), all nachos, and our chicken tortilla so up...which uses corn strips.

The queso is amazing! Overall the food is prettty good. The service is ok at best. The employees appear to be under paid and under appreciated. Resulting in sub par service and attention to detail.

I gave it a three due to the great service on the GF side. The guy making my food asked if he needed to change his gloves due to Celiac. On the other hand I didn't care for the food. I will go back to Chipotle any day over Costa Vida.

This place is my fav gf treat right now. I agree they could be better about not using the same "stuff" but I haven't had a reaction. Their chips and queso is the BEST. Yummy

Love these guys! They even make sure to wash their hands and change their gloves. Only one person handles your food too so there are no worries of any cross contamination.

Wasn't very happy with the way it was prepared. Didn't wipe down the staging areas. Used all the same spoons. Did wipe down the stove area, but very quickly and not through. Don't think I will be back.

I enjoy getting Costa vida on occasion this location does a good job. They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and I really like the sweet pork salad.

This is my go to place wherever I am. Everything is GF except flour tortillas. They change gloves and are very knowledgeable about crosss contamination. Very safe herr.

Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Changed gloves and washed their hands without being told. They also let us “tweak” the side of chips to have melted cheese instead of having to order a huge order of nachos for a child.
