Review of Costa Vida

I see that they are gig trained but I got so glutened by them. I'm in agony. I had to ask them a lot of things to be sure that there was no cross contamination, but I guess it wasn't enough. Either their workers touch the ingredients to the tortillas (which I saw one do after I was wrung up), they share common cutting services, or they don't really know what makes a food glyren free. I'm extremely upset and should've been tipped off when they aid, "so thst means you. Any h do dairy..." Gig trained-yeah right! They don't follow it if they are. Do not eat here if you have celiac disease. They are set up like chipotle and I never get duck from there, so they obviously have a lot to learn!
