Many items on the menu say they are gluten friendly but are fried with other gluten containing items. They have a "dedicated" fryer but use it for all items on busy nights. I don't know if they empty the oil daily or if it is the same oil from a busy night. We ended up ordering burgers (they have gluten free buns) with baked potatoes. Items are marked as "gluten friendly" on the menu but still can be fried in a shared fryer.
