They have staff that are knowledgeable about gluten allergies and cross contaminations. Steaks, burgers and other items can be modified to be made gf. The food was scrumptious. They stated that they have a dedicated fryer for fries, however flour tortilla chips may contaminate them. So, I went with a side wedge salad.
