SO GOOD! This place has some of my favorite Mac and cheese of all times and when I got diagnosed celiac I was so sad I couldn’t have it, but turns out they can make it gluten free! And it’s just as good as I remember! 10/10 delicious!
Server was super helpful and reassuring that staff was very good about cross-contamination and the food being Celiac safe.
(They also have really good mocktails if that interests anyone)

Craft is great, one of my favorite restaurants here in Edmonton for a casual but fun dinner/drinks. They have lots of GF options and they have reinstated their dedicated fryers so the French fries are safe. I haven’t had an adverse reaction since eating here & I eat here a few times a month!

Several gluten free food options including nachos, salad, gluten free burger bun, but unfortunately they no longer have a dedicated fryer so fries are not an option which was very disappointing. There were four gluten free beer options, as well as many cocktails and other drinks. Our server was very accommodating and alerted the chef to my allergy before preparing my meal which was appreciated. I had the burger with a gluten free bun and house salad, the salad was incredible but the burger was quite dry. Would feel comfortable returning again!

Great time awsome place

Great GF options. Hubby who has celiac was here 3 times over 3 days when we were in Edmonton. They have a dedicated fryer and make most of their sauces in-house. We had the burger with GF bun and fries. Bun tasted amazing. Even tried their hot wings and GF beer. No issues.

Great selection of gluten free beer and the bartender was knowledgeable about the gluten free options. I found it a little difficult to know right off the bat what was safe for me to eat, but once I ordered the gluten free fries, the bartender made some recommendations on how to alter my order to that it would be safe. very impressed!
Really large selection and staff is knowledgeable. A whole line of 100% gf beer. And of course dessert. I won't need to eat for days. Did I mention gf fries? Great meal!
I love going here the few place that have a good dessert menu for being gluten free
Yes
Waitress very knowledgeable re GF options. Shrimp tacos were just ok but the berry flavored gf beer was a delicious surprise. Butterscotch dessert was the absolute best dessert I’ve ever eaten. Husband was very happy with his non gf cheese soup and sliders.

We were pleasantly surprised about all of the gf options here. Our server told us that there were three things that couldn't be made gf, but basically everything else could be. They also have a separate fryer for fries. Delicious food! We will be coming back :)
Gluten free buns for their burgers don't taste like gluten free. They also have a gluten free dessert option that is very yummy.

Great flat bread and at least 6 different gluten free beer including one on tap

I had a salmon quinoa bowl. The server didn’t seem to know a lot about cross contamination. The bowl was labeled gluten free and I informed the staff I had celiac. The manager checked with me about my order and allergy before bringing out my food which was nice. However, I did have a mild reaction afterwards. Probably wouldn’t eat here again, but fun place for drinks.
They have sever types of gluten free beer and cider available.

First time at the CBM, my husband is a big craft beer fan and non celiac - I am a symptomatic celiac.
Was a little disappointed in the shared fryer as my daughter had an amazing looking poutine I would have loved to try!
Food was very good, I had the Mac and cheese- the waitress was quite knowledgeable and shared that they have a completely separate area in the kitchen for allergies.
It’s worth noting they offer gluten free beer (bottles and cans) as well (I had a cocktail as I am not a beer fan)
Happy hour is popular - we arrived at 4:30 and missed happy hour as we didn’t get our table until 5:45 pm , so I would suggest reservations (patio is lovely!)
Overall it was a great experience and I will return and recommend!

We ate here in April 2024. Very knowledgeable staff. Had great recommendations to help reduce the chance of CC. Food was delivered to the table by the chef to ensure safety.

Excited to see Gluten Beer as a heading with 3 beers. The waiter checked with the kitchen about the veggie burger I ordered and it was bought out seperate. He asked my tolerance and when I said Epi Pen he made sure it was safe. It was bought our separately by a kitchen staff. Fries they said they can't guarantee so they did a side of salad instead. Good atmosphere and serve.
