The staff was somewhat knowledgeable about celiac and what was GF. I ordered a flatbread with GF crust. They brought it out on a cutting board that seemed used- when I asked if it was previously used for non-GF foods they said it has but they made me a new flatbread and brought it out on a plate. It tasted great but afterwards I felt very sick from cross contamination. They really tried but sadly I don’t think they can accommodate people with celiac.

I have been here a few times now and have had great experiences. The wait staff was pretty knowledgeable about the food preparation. I have had the mac and cheese made gluten free and the chicken sandwich and have had had no issues!
Not certain if they are Celiac Friendly, but the staff seems pretty well trained. GF bread and buns of course, but many items can be made GF. Asked about the Tuna bowl. Could do without the sauce but the flavor would be off. Doing the Spicy Shrimp, and it is great. Person who brought it out said, "Spicy Shrimp, wheat allergy", so they obviously have some good communication up through the kitchen and back to the person who brought it out. Good find with friendly staff. OK, I'm upping them to 5 stars, even though they don't have dedicated fryers or cooking area, the Desert in a Jar Chocolate cake, sponge toffee, banana and chocolate sauce over Vanilla is over the moon heavenly.
Had the flatbread and coconut curry bowl. It was yummy and we didn't get sick. Be careful with the beer, my partner ordered Omission and it was one of those beers that remove gluten but aren't completely gluten free.
We informed the waitress that we needed one meal gluten-free and she informed the kitchen. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger with a gluten free bun and mixed greens. There was some cross contamination in the kitchen.

I was surprised this location didn’t have a separate gf fryer as the one in Edmonton does. The service was okay but our waiter didn’t know any gf menu options and had to ask the kitchen (which I appreciated!). I ended up getting the fish tacos with corn tortillas and side salad. The fish was excellent but the rest of the taco was a bit bland. Salad dressing was very good. If you’re in the Olympic Village area this might be a good spot to try.

Hostess was very knowledgeable- waitress less so, but was very willing to ask. Dedicated fryer and Care bakery bread and buns. Dessert option too. Very tasty!
