I’ve had blueberry cookies at Craig’s Cookies, they were amazing, full of flavor, and very soft. As a person with celiac disease, I did not have any symptoms after that.

I’ve had several of the GF cookies. They’re awesome. Depending on the time of day, they have several GF options. Not as many options as non GF, but still several. They’re kept separately from the other cookies.

Not a dedicated facility and cookies are advertised as gluten friendly with a chance of cross contamination. I was craving cookies so risked it. Gluten free cookies are cooked first thing in the morning before the regular cookies, different tray and utensils etc. Gluten free cookies are stored separately from normal cookies and separate tongs are used. They had 4 gluten free options when I went: peanut butter cup, chocolate chip, mimi egg, caramel. Felt totally fine afterwards.

Staff informed me that there is a high chance of cross contamination, because there is no separate preparation space, and gluten flour is everywhere in the kitchen. I had a cookie there anyway, and regretted it. Don’t risk it.

Craig’s cookies only offers gf cookies on the weekends - during the week you cannot order Gf cookies. I had high hopes for these cookies after hearing how great the regular ones are… they are way way too salty. They are baked in a separate tray in the oven and are fluffy and chewy but the saltiness is just too much.
