Aware of gluten intolerance. Good selection of excellent buckwheat crepes. Perhaps the best we have tasted in Paris

Buckwheat crepes are gf and are also really good. Might have cross contamination but I’m not sure yet. Lots of options and staff speaks enough English and seems to know enough about the menu to let you know what is gf.

The gluten free items are clearly marked. What I finally realized while sitting in the restaurant was that “Breizh”, which you frequently see associated with restaurants here that serve gluten free crepes, is the Breton word for Brittany. Breton savory crepes are called galettes (galette bretonne) which are typically made from buckwheat and therefore should be gluten free. However, sweet crepes usually have wheat flour and are therefore not gluten free. But this restaurant had a few sweet crepes made with buckwheat, and were clearly labeled gluten free. This wasn’t made clear at another crepe place I ate at, so just be aware of this difference between sweet and Breton savory crepes. And yes, the crepes here were excellent.

Good sweet and savory options. The menu clearly shows what is buckwheat and what is wheat. Might be on a shared cooking Duane surface, I couldn't tell.
