I went here a few months back. A friend of a friend was performing that night. I ordered a margarita. The waiter looked at me like I had a third eye when I asked for 'frozen'. " They are fresh made" he kept telling me. I think eventually he explained that the frozen ones are all mixes or I'm not sure. Either way, I got one on the rocks. I believe it was good. I thought it was kind of small and expensive. I ordered a plate of chicharones. They were awesome! They came with a couple of different flavor fresh made salsas. I don't believe I ordered an entree. The main thing I remember from that evening was that I felt the waiter was very snobby. I didn't deal with anyone else personally at the restaurant so I can't speak for the rest of the staff. I'm giving it only 3 stars because I not only felt very uncomfortable there, but when it popped up on my "Find Me Gluten Free" app, it brought back those memories and gave me no desire to go back. It was a small cute restaurant and I do like the area. Try it out for yourself. They had some interesting looking dishes. I might go back someday. If I do, I will update this review, if I can..
Authentic Mexico City bistro that has a lot of naturally gluten free items that are prepared fresh daily. My suggestion would be to introduce yourself and mention your dietary restriction to the owner Ana or her manager, this is what we did and she made sure everything was handled correctly. They also offer a Sunday brunch with corn pancakes that we are looking forward to trying.
