I had a fantastic meal and did not react( I have celiac disease). On the menu it states to ask the server for gluten free options. The staff is very knowledgeable about gf options and did not make me feel that my order was an inconvenience for them. They let the chef know I had celiac and assured me that they were aware of how not to contaminate the food with gluten. They even made my risotto from scratch with a vegetarian stock. I highly recommend this restaurant when you are on Amelia Island.
